RELIEVERS—Five worst bullpens

This week, the column looks at the five worst team ERA bullpens for buying opportunities. Here are the bottom five teams:

There is a wide gulf between Texas's 4.90 team bullpen ERA and Cincinnati's 6.61 team bullpen ERA. The Reds have been a disaster of historic proportions from day one and it has not gotten any better. J.J. Hoover (RHP, CIN) was terrible and banished to the minors. Jumbo Diaz (RHP, CIN) was terrible and banished to the minors.
