This week looks ahead to NL pens going into the offseason. Next week this column concludes for 2026 with the same look but at AL pens going into the offseason. We start with the New York Mets.
The New York Mets brought in Devin Williams (RHP, NYM) and Luke Weaver (RHP, PIT) last offseason and ended up trading Weaver to the Pittsburgh Pirates and having Williams end up on the IL with a bum shoulder after a poor season. Kodai Senga (RHP, NYM) took the saves role and Daniel Duarte (RHP, NYM) became the main set-up. Here are the options going into the offseason:

|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Williams, Devin | 16 | 0 | 38.2 | 4.66 | 4.02 | 1.66 | 29% | 17% | 0.7 |
| Senga, Kodai | 5 | 0 | 55.0 | 7.36 | 4.91 | 1.64 | 26% | 11% | 2.1 |
| Duarte, Daniel | 2 | 6 | 26.0 | 2.08 | 3.53 | 0.77 | 27% | 21% | 0.7 |
| Myers, Tobias | 1 | 1 | 46.0 | 6.26 | 4.84 |
