RELIEVERS—2017 Elite late rounders

It is an exciting time of year as we gather information to help us select players for 2017. This column filters BaseballHQ.com relievers projections for your late round consideration in the following ways: (1) an average draft position (ADP) to date greater than 250; (2) an expected ERA (xERA) less than 3.50; (3) a strikeout rate per nine innings (Dom) at or greater than 7.5; (4) a strikeouts-to-walks ratio (Cmd) at or greater than 2.5; (5) a home runs per nine innings rate (HR/9) fudged to 1.2 or less; and finally, (6) a BaseballHQ.com "LIMA" grade of A or B.

These filters give us a very nice subset of cheap relievers and potential closers to discuss—13 in the AL and 14 in the NL. Let's start with the 13 relievers in the American League:
