RELIEVERS: 2021 April BPV at 200+

End of April is time to take a look at the top reliever skill sets and then the projections as well. There are enough 200+ BPV relievers these days that 199 BPV relievers don't get into this article. Doesn't mean they are not also terrific, just that they did not have the skills in April that these other relievers did. We will look at these relievers in three clumps: 1) closers/quasi-closers; 2) 200+ BPV and 100+ projected BPV; 3) 200+ BPV but lower than 100 projected BPV. Let's start with closers (and quasi-closers).
