RELIEVERS: 2018 LIMA "A" grades who also meet stronger BPI filters

This week, we go back to relievers who best fit the mold of "Low Investment Mound Aces" or "LIMA" invented by Ron Shandler for use in standard 12-team 4x4 leagues 20 years ago. You can read about it here. For the purposes of this column, we are filtering current BaseballHQ.com projections to find the best non-closer relievers we can.

We start with relievers who have received a LIMA "A" grade in the projections. It was not that long ago that the list who met the necessary criteria was small. This year it is large, so we are going to have to do a bit more filtering. Because we are looking for lowest possible cost, we eliminate closers.
