Here are the best relievers in August by K%-BB%. Remember that we are talking about maybe 9-12 innings, tops, so you will want to check their overall skill sets to see if they are someone who can carry you to the finish line. Here, we include season-long xERA (xERA') as a checkpoint.

This first grouping has the tremendous K%-BB% of at least 35%, which means these relievers had a high strikeout rate, likely a low WHIP and a low xERA. In August, there were only five:
