Best relievers by BPI filters going into July

As we chug into July, here are the relievers with at least a 20% K%-BB%, no greater than a 3.50 xERA, and no greater than a 1.0 HR/9 so far. That really filters out a lot of relievers--including some very good ones who just missed. But it also leaves some truly excellent arms for you to consider for your second half run. 

For example, Aroldis Chapman (LHP, BOS) is having a superb year so far closing for the Boston Red Sox. But since his K%-BB% is below 20%, he is not in this column.
