A+ and A LIMA relievers for 2024

This annual exercise is aimed at finding the best skill sets among relievers who are not at the top of the price chart. The goal is to grab hidden value, or at least be aware of potential sources. As you may know, Low Investment Mound Aces (LIMA) was invented by Ron Shandler as a way to create a cheap but skilled pitching staff while conserving resources for the hitting side of the roto ledger. It still has use today in helping us identify targets.

This year, we start with the many A+ and A LIMA targets identified on the Baseball HQ set of projections. From there, we eliminate relievers who are deficient in xERA, K%-BB%, or both.  From that, we get some nice lists to examine and discuss.
