RELIEVERS: Filtering for the top BPIs

This week, we do a little BPI cherry-picking with relievers who have a sub-3.00 xERA and sub-1.0 HR/9 to date, and sort to see which ones are projected to continue to roll through opponents and which ones have rougher projections. Your decision to buy or not depends on your league size and make-up, but not every name in this column is well-known.

Let's start with the easy ones, the top relievers on the list that everyone is already writing about:

(thru 5/16) Sv BS Hd IP ERA xERA WHIP Dom Cmd HR/9 BPV $
=============       == == == ==== ==== ==== ==== ==== ==== ==== === ===
A.Chapman (NYY) (L)  9  1  0 18.0 1.50 2.02 0.94 17.5  4.4  --  224  14
E.Diaz (SEA)        14  2  0 21.3 2.11 2.19 0.75 16.0  4.2  0.8 200 ...
