3B Brett Baty got a reprieve of sorts when the Carlos Correa signing fell through, as Correa's arrival would have blocked Baty from third base for the long term. With Correa back in Minnesota, it remains Eduardo Escobar in front of Baty on the 3B depth chart. That's a rather less-imposing roadblock, although Escobar could hold off Baty by continuing his hot second-half...
