While there may be more than a few fantasy managers channeling Roger Daltrey at the moment — won’t get fooled again — we are contractually obligated to note that Bobby Dalbec (1B, BOS) is once again tearing his way through spring training (6-for-14, HR, 3 2B).

However, in this case, Dalbec is tying his success to having put in the work in the offseason to revamp his swing mechanics, which he believes will allow him to resume hitting the ball hard to the opposite field. 

Dalbec told MLB.com’s Ian Browne that his revised approach that has brought back his “pole-to-pole juice” was inspired by Japanese home run champion Sadaharu Oh.

With Triston Casas (1B, BOS) set to take over as the team’s starting first baseman, at least...
