NEWS: Minnesota optioned SP Simeon Woods Richardson to Triple-A St. Paul; SP Zebby Matthews expected to join rotation.

Matthews made nine starts for the Twins in 2024, posting a 6.69 ERA. However, there have been reports that his velocity has increased in 2025.
