Twins | Glen Perkins to undergo surgery
Updating a previous report, Minnesota Twins RP Glen Perkins (shoulder) will undergo surgery to repair a torn labrum within the next week, according to general manager Terry Ryan. The 33-year-old left-hander will miss the remainder of the 2016 season due to 'labral abnormalities' but could be ready for the 2017 season.  Source: MLB.com - Rhett Bollinger
