BHQ take: Updating a March 13 item, Jose Fernandez will have season-ending surgery. Anthony DeSclafani was recalled from Double-A to start on March 14, but the Marlins have signed veteran Randy Wolf and will apparently give him the first shot at Fernandez's spot in the rotation. Wolf hasn't cracked the 6.0 Dom threshold since 2009 and his xERAs hover around 4.50, so he can't be...
