NEWS: Oakland activated outfielder Esteury Ruiz from the 10-day IL.

BHQ SPIN: The league’s preeminent base stealer has returned after a month-long absence dealing with a dislocated right shoulder. He’ll return to center field and the top of the order in Oakland. To make room for him, the team surprisingly designated outfielder Ramón Laureano (-35%) for assignment. That’ll open up more time in the grass for Ruiz (+20%) and the other young outfielders in Oakland.
