Rays | Mallex Smith on disabled list
Tampa Bay Rays OF Mallex Smith (illness) was placed on the 10-day disabled list Saturday, Aug. 25, because of a viral infection. The team also recalled RHP Andrew Kittredge from Class AAA Durham.   Source: MLBRosterMoves
