Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim RHP Matt Shoemaker (forearm) was placed on the 10-day disabled list Tuesday, April 3, with a strained right forearm. That move is retroactive to Sunday, April 1. RHP Parker Bridwell was recalled from Class AAA Salt Lake in a corresponding move.  Source: MLBRosterMoves
 
BHQ take: Here we go. Difficult to tell immediately whether this is a legitimate injury with longer-than-10-day consequences or a move similar to that of their 2017 LA brethren in an effort to keep all of their SPs fresh and involved. We'll know more later. We'd already built in...
