BHQ take: Lowe has become the latest reminder that there is a major chasm between Triple-A and the majors, and not all can make the leap on their first try. For now, we will award much of Lowe's playing time to Brett Phillips and Harold Ramírez, who has, in fact, gotten a couple of starts against right-handed pitching. But Phillips is not doing a ton with the bat, Ramirez's average is pretty empty, and between Tampa having plenty of outfielders on their roster and no set DH,...
