BHQ take: We were expecting Chirinos to miss time at some point, so much of this was figured into his playing time already. Still, 10 to 12 weeks is a long time, so TEX will have to fill in for a while. Assuming no one is acquired in a trade—which is a real possibility—newly acquired Bryan Holaday will get the bulk of the starts in Chirinos' absence.
