Blue Jays | Kevin Pillar begins rehab stint

BHQ take: And after going 6-for-7 in his two rehab games at Single-A, Pillar was activated from the disabled list and reinstalled in CF for the Blue Jays game on Aug. 23. His lack of walks (3% bb%) keeps him lower in the batting order, but his plus (83%) contact helps him take advantage of the Rogers Centre turf. Pillar's return pushes Melvin Upton out of CF and into a LF platoon with Ezequiel Carrera for the time being. Upton finally caught fire over...
