NEWS: Baltimore placed OF Cedric Mullins on the 10-Day IL with a right adductor groin strain and recalled RHP Logan Gillaspie from AAA-Norfolk.

IMPACT: Medium

BHQ SPIN: This is the second IL stint of the season for Mullins, who was sidelined for nearly a month from late May through late June for the same injury. While Mullins is currently without a timetable to return, the fact that this injury appears related to his previous IL stint may not bode well for his recovery timeline. We’ve cut a portion of Mullins’ projected time and given additions to Aaron Hicks and Colton Cowser, who should be the primary beneficiaries of his absence.
