Miami Marlins OF Garrett Cooper was activated from the 10-day injured list Tuesday, April 30. OF Lewis Brinson was optioned to Class AAA New Orleans in a corresponding move.  Source: Marlins.com
 
BHQ take: Brinson had a disappointing rookie season in 2018, and he’s been worse in 2019. His xBA was .190 and his PX was 64. Given his pedigree and the fact that he was a key part of the return for Christian Yelich, he’ll likely be back at some point in 2019. However, it’s hard to recommend teams roster him.
