St. Louis Cardinals RHP Carlos Martínez (shoulder) was activated from the 10-day injured list Friday, May 17. The team also recalled RP Ryan Helsley from Class AAA Memphis, optioned RP Dominic Leone to Class AAA Memphis and designated RP Luke Gregerson for assignment.   Source: MLBRosterMoves
