Updating a previous report, Seattle Mariners 2B Robinson Canó (hand) has been diagnosed with a fractured fifth metacarpal in his right hand after getting hit on the right hand by a pitch against the Detroit Tigers on Sunday, May 13.  Source: The Seattle Times - Ryan Divish
 
BHQ take: We don't usually write up an injury like this until it's clear who will be stepping in for the injured player. But in this case, Cano's injury appears to be significant. Reports from SEA suggest that surgery appears likely, which could mean a downtime of 6-8 weeks for the veteran...
