BHQ take: Latos has yet to pitch in 2014 due to an elbow flexor injury suffered in his rehab from February knee surgery. His addition to the CIN rotation sends LHP Tony Cingrani to the bullpen. With 1.9 Cmd, 45 BPV and 4.41 xERA, Cingrani has been unable to replicate his 2013 rookie skills success. Latos posted 90+ BPVs with 8.0+ Dom in each of his four previous seasons, so he has established consistency as an upper-tier...
