BHQ take: This is the last thing HOU needed with Joe Musgrove, Charlie Morton and Colin McHugh all still on the DL. We’ll await word on Keuchel’s injury and more certainty on a projected return. But for now, the Astros have called up prized prospect Frances Martes, who they’ve initially said will be used out of the pen. Martes is clearly the organization’s high-upside rotation...
