Orioles | J.J. Hardy out 6-8 weeks
Baltimore Orioles SS J.J. Hardy (foot) was diagnosed with a hairline fracture on his left foot, and he's expected to miss six to eight weeks. Hardy will land on the disabled list. He was hitting .244/.291/.410 with seven doubles, two home runs and eight RBI in 22 games. 2B Ryan Flaherty is expected to be called up from Class AAA Norfolk to replace Hardy on roster. 3B Manny Machado can slide over to shortstop, with Flaherty seeing the bulk of starts at third base.  Source: MASNSports.com - Roch Kubatko
