Diamondbacks | Zack Greinke set to return
The Arizona Diamondbacks activated SP Zack Greinke (oblique) from the 15-day disabled list Sunday, Aug. 7. He will start Tuesday, Aug. 9, against the New York Mets.  Source: MLB.com - Steve Gilbert
 
BHQ take: Greinke returns to a 10-3 record and 3.62 ERA in 17 starts comprising 109 IP. The Salt Lake Bees treated him harshly (5 IP, 9 H, 5 ER) during his sole Triple-A rehab start on August 3, but the oblique issues are apparently behind him and the Diamondbacks (in the bottom five of most MLB starting pitching metrics) want their ace back.
