| Dodgers | Adrián González shut down for season | |
| Los Angeles Dodgers 1B Adrián González (back) has tightness in his back and the team is shutting him down for the rest of the regular season as a result, according to manager Dave Roberts. Source: TrueBlueLA.com - Eric Stephen | |
| BHQ take: Not a surprise given Gonzalez's season-long issues. Cody Bellinger should get even more (perhaps all) of his AB from first base for the remainder of the season. Curtis Granderson and Andre Ethier should see an uptick in OF AB for these final few days. —Jock Thompson | |
