| Phillies | Odubel Herrera suspended | |
| Philadelphia Phillies OF Odubel Herrera has been suspended by MLB for 85 games for violating the league's joint domestic violence policy. Source: MLB.com - Todd Zolecki | |
| BHQ take: The suspension ends Herrera’s 2019 season and even impacts his start in 2020. For now, we’ve given Roman Quinn the biggest boost in playing time; however, Quinn is off to an awful start - 6-for-45 and 2 for his last 20. If things don’t turnaround, Quinn’s grasp on playing time will evaporate. —Phil Hertz | |
