NEWS: PIT placed OF Bryan Reynolds on the IL because of back inflammation and recalled RHP Cody Bolton from Class AAA Indianapolis.

IMPACT: Medium

BHQ SPIN: Reynolds missed two games while the Pirates had hoped to avoid an IL trip. Reynolds had 5 HR and 5 SB in April but followed that up with 3 HR and 2 SB since. Overall, he’s returned $22 in 5x5 leagues. Initial news on the injury doesn’t appear too serious, so we’re anticipating a short IL stay, deducting 5% PT from him and adding that amount to recent call-up Henry Davis, who has started in all four PIT games since his recall on Monday. Connor Joe, Cal Mitchell (who was recalled this week) and Josh Palacios could also see a bit of extra time. Bolton is up to...
