Red Sox | Craig Kimbrel placed on disabled list
The Boston Red Sox have placed RP Craig Kimbrel (knee) on the 15-day disabled list due to a medial meniscus tear in his left knee. He will undergo surgery Monday, July 11, and is expected to be sidelined for three to six weeks.  Source: ESPN.com
