Orioles | Grant Balfour agrees
The Baltimore Orioles agreed to a two-year, $14 million deal with free-agent RP Grant Balfour (Athletics) Tuesday, Dec. 17, according to a team source. He will take over as the team's new closer.  Source: ESPN.com

Balfour's 1.0 HR/9 in the comfortable confines of the O.co Coliseum (-28% LHB HR and -7% RHB HR) could become a problem in Camden Yards (+34% LHB HR and +17% RHB HR).
