Braves | Shane Greene agrees to terms
Free-agent RHP Shane Greene agreed to terms with the Atlanta Braves Sunday, May 9. Terms of the contract were not disclosed.   Source: MLB Network - Jon Heyman

BHQ take: Greene will report to Gwinnett, but expect him to return to Atlanta in short order. While he recorded a 2.60 ERA with Atlanta in 2020, his xERA was nearly two runs higher and his BPV was only 65. Nevertheless, it wouldn’t be a surprise to see Greene factor in Atlanta’s saves picture.  —Phil Hertz
