Indians | Danny Salazar sent down
The Cleveland Indians have optioned P Danny Salazar to Triple-A Columbus. In a corresponding move, the team recalled P Chen-Chang Lee from Triple-A Columbus.  Source: MLB.com
 
BHQ take: Salazar was impressive in his MLB debut. He recorded a six-inning PQS-5, with 7 K/1 BB, limiting a solid TOR offense to two hits and one ER in his July 11 spot start. With CLE plagued by back-of-rotation issues, he is likely to return at some point after the All-Star break.   —Tom Kephart
