TOR lands Dickey, Thole for prospects

The Blue Jays announced its in-it-to-win-it intentions to the AL East for the next few seasons by acquiring R.A. Dickey (RHP, TOR) from the Mets in exchange for a handful of prospects headlined by near-MLB-ready catcher Travis D'Arnaud. The Jays also received Dickey's catcher Josh Thole (C, TOR)  in the deal, but Dickey, who stunned everyone with a Cy Young performance and Dom spike at age 38, was clearly the centerpiece.
