Corbin replaces Collmenter in ARI rotation

Josh Collmenter (RHP, ARI) has pitched well in the Arizona rotation.  In July, he went 3-0, with a 3.00 ERA and posted a 109 BPV, although he scuffled a bit in his July 27 outing against the Mets, allowing two homers and five earned runs in six innings.  In spite of Collmenter's success as a starter, manager Kirk Gibson wants him available in the pen:  "I just really like Josh in the bullpen.  There's really no secret about it.  He's done a great job as a starter.  But ultimately I like him in the bullpen." 

Following Gibson's preference, when the Diamondbacks failed to secure a starter at the trade deadline, they moved to replace Collmenter in the rotation by promoting
