NEWS: Miami activated Jesús Luzardo (mild left flexor strain) off the 15-day IL.
IMPACT: Low 
BHQ SPIN: Before hitting the IL, Luzardo had struggled over five starts to the tune of a 4.50 xERA. He fared much better yesterday, starting with five scoreless innings before running out of gas in the sixth inning. Overall, his line was 5.2 innings, four hits, one walk, two runs and eight strikeouts. Prior to yesterday’s outing, BaseballHQ.com projected him for a 3.77 xERA, and we’ve bumped his playing time projection to 10.5%. Those projections make him a candidate for deep league rosters and potentially for others as well. Eli Villalobos was sent to the minors to make room for Luzardo. Villalobos may return...
