Julio Rodríguez returns to Seattle lineup

AMERICAN LEAGUE

Seattle Mariners
NEWS: Seattle activated OF Julio Rodríguez from the 10-day IL and in a corresponding move sent 2B Ryan Bliss to AAA-Tacoma.
IMPACT: High
BHQ SPIN: Rodríguez spent just 21 days away from the team with his ankle sprain that he got in a collision with the outfield wall on July 21st. He was slotted into the 4th spot in the lineup on 8/11 and went 0-5 with 5 strikeouts. Rodríguez had been warming up in July prior to his injury, where he batted .375 with 4 HRs and 1 SB in 48 ABs. Bliss will continue to shuttle between the majors and Triple-A and get some more consistent ABs in Triple-A. We’ve increased playing time slightly for Rodríguez (+5%) and have reduced playing time for Mitch Haniger (-5%).
