NEWS: Baltimore reinstated RHP Zach Eflin from the 15-day IL, recalled 3B Coby Mayo from AAA-Norfolk, and selected the contract of C David Bañuelos from AAA-Norfolk. 3B Ramón Urías was placed on the 15-day IL.

BHQ SPIN: After a short IL stint for shoulder soreness, Eflin made his return to Baltimore’s rotation on Sunday. Eflin’s return to the rotation could shift Cole Irvin to the team’s bullpen.
