NEWS: Baltimore acquired IF/OF Blaze Alexander from Arizona in exchange for RHP Kade Strowd, RHP Wellington Aracena, and IF José Mejía.

BHQ SPIN: Baltimore fortified its position player depth with the addition of Alexander, who is expected to mix in all over the diamond in a super-utility role. Alexander now becomes the team’s top backup option at second base, third base, and shortstop, displacing Jeremiah Jackson, who was profiled in the most recent edition of AL East PT Tomorrow, from this role.
