Logan Allen (LHP, CLE) was a mixed bag on the surface in May (2.83 ERA, 1.40 WHIP in 28 IP). Fortunately his high rate of baserunners was fueled by a 36% H% more than anything else. He combined a high rate of swinging strikes (12.6% SwK%) with a similarly high rate of first-pitch strikes (68% FpK%). He remains a pre-peak pitcher worth keeping.
