This week in the Arsenal Report we are getting a little bit negative, as we are looking at some pitchers who have struggled in 2022, with a specific focus on José Berríos (RHP, TOR). It is important to remember that previous seasons of performance are likely to be more predictive of the rest of 2022 than the two-month sample we have seen so far, but that does not mean that struggling pitchers are underperforming solely because of bad luck.
