RELIEVERS: NL potential profit margin for 2018

In this last Bullpen Buyers Guide column of the season, we filter National League relievers by their projected skills (typical LIMA skill sets) and then compare the projected price for the balance of the season with the current earning v$ to date. Any reliever with a projected v$ under $1 was eliminated as was any reliever with projected v$ minus v$ to-date under $1. We also eliminated players with a high projected v$ ($10 or more) to give us a nice list to fit a tight budget. The goal, as last week, is to generate a list of NL relievers expected to be better than their 2017, which is a list of discounted relievers for 2018 that should cost little in risk but could generate a profit.

The NL list generated is far larger than the AL list...

These relievers are the ones with the best chance at profit after the first 30 relievers are taken (and after the first 125 pitchers overall) in NFBC 15-team mixed leagues.
