RELIEVERS: BPV leaders, April 2016

This week, the column examines the BPV leaders for April. Not many years ago, a list of 100+ BPV would have been under 20 relievers. Today, it is closer to 100 relievers. Therefore, this year's list is cut off at a 200(!) BPV. There are plenty of other relievers between 199-135 BPVs who are pitching superbly, so don't take this as the definitive list of elite relievers. But it is the elite list for April's 6-15 innings.
