RELIEVERS: Angels, Mariners, Brewers, Giants, Reds

This week, this column intended to look at the week's fallout. But it has been fairly quiet, setting up the next two weeks of MLB moves. Subscribers have asked for review of the Angels and Mariners pens, so that will happen. The Brewers appear poised to deal their closer, so we take a look at that. The Giants are rolling along, but their closer has stumbled badly this month and is worth a look. And then there are the hapless Reds who seem to shuffle the deck every couple of weeks. With that, let's start with the Angels:
