RELIEVERS: 2019 Sleepers

This column is aimed at sleepers. Sleepers here are relievers who have skills that are better than their current projected role, with the idea that they will get a better role in-season. Some of the relievers examined in this column last year were Brad Brach (RHP, CHC), Joe Jiménez (RHP, DET), Brad Boxberger (RHP, KC), Drew Steckenrider (RHP, MIA), and Kirby Yates (RHP, SD). Let's start this year with the Tampa Bay Rays who have some interesting arms in their pen:

Every week brings changes to bullpens. One game does not give us much, but it gives us something, like a Jordan Romano (RHP, LAA) save.

These relievers are the ones with the best chance at profit after the first 30 relievers are taken (and after the first 125 pitchers overall) in NFBC 15-team mixed leagues.
