BATTERS: Possible power faders

For the past two weeks, the Batter Buyers Guide has examined players with skills to fuel either a speed or power breakout respectively. Now we turn our attention to the players for whom storm clouds are gathering in regards to their future production. The focus will stay on sluggers this week as this article will highlight players whose skills suggest their power could be waning in the near future.
