RESEARCH: Draft-level analytics for 2022 (updated)

(Ed. note: This article, originally published on 3/25, has been updated with a new data spreadsheet below, which includes data on drafts through 3/31.)

Last year around this time, we introduced a game-changing (and award-winning) new dataset, including a dozen new metrics, based on daily draft data. Our goal was to break free from our dependence on average draft position (ADP) data and start making better decisions based on the individual drafts that underly it.

This year, we'll deliver all of those same unique insights and then try to push our analytic edge even further.

But let's start with a brief review of the process and metrics introduced last year.

How do we get this data?

We source data from the NFBC by downloading each day's worth...

Almost!
