GM's OFFICE: 2021 Early Pop-Ups

Well, we're plumb in the middle of the April Quandary section of our fantasy baseball year—any/all observations on player performance have small sample size engrained, yet still we peek at our league standings. We know better—that we've got approximately only 7% of the season in the books—but we're wired into thinking that dropping one-third of our FAAB budget on Julian Merryweather is a good idea. Sometimes it's difficult to remember that MLB teams have played just four series so far; there's a long way to go.

So while we wait until we have about four weeks down before the serious in-season analysis begins (though there will be a few stray columns, our Facts/Flukes coverage re-starts in earnest around...
